SPECIAL NOTES...
- BTF rates above include GST and are subject to change.
- They are available for Not For Profit organisations registered and approved under the BTF programme, for stays/events post-Easter to mid-December (excluding public holiday weekends).
- Approval for registration is given at the sole and absolute discretion of the Trustees of BTF.
- The BTF rates are reduced by 50% - 75% of the equivalent standard rack rate, depending on the length of stay.
- Minimum stay of 2 nights up to a maximum 14 consecutive nights.
- Personal staff stays are limited to one House or Cottage per booking. BTF Event Centre and Exclusive Package rates do not apply to personal bookings.
- All bookings must be made (or approved) by the nominated Authorised Contact of a BTF registered organisation, otherwise standard rates will apply.
- If payment is to be made by credit card, a 2% surcharge will apply.
- Children under 2 using a cot are free but if a bed is required, the rates above will apply.
- Unless Exclusive Use is booked, there may be other guests onsite at Flaxmill other than the attendees of your event. More Info >>
