Please use the following tool to get a cost estimate for your stay/event at Flaxmill using the BTF rates. Rates include GST and are subject to change.

Our experience tells us that every event is different and requires some amount of customisation, so this tool can only provide a ballpark estimate at this stage.

Just a reminder that the BTF rates are only available on stays post-Easter to mid-December and all stays are for a minimum of 2 nights. Weekday rates over Monday-Thursday have a higher % reduction applied than weekends over a Friday-Sunday.

A Booking Request can also be made from this tool if you are the nominated Authorised Contact for your organisation. A team member from Flaxmill will then contact you to discuss your requirements, date availability and provide you with a formal quote or invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: You do need to have registered your organisation with BTF in order to make a booking under these rates. If you haven't done so already, please Register Now and, once approved, you can then return to make your booking request.

Individual/Couple/Family Getaway

Treat or refresh your people with a relaxing break away at Flaxmill in one of our Cottages or Houses. If a Wheelchair Accessible House is required (available 2018), please let us know. A minimum of 2 nights applies.

Group Meeting (Non Exclusive Use)

Stay at Flaxmill in the Houses, Cottages or Cabins (or a combination) and run a group meeting/planning session. A minimum of 2 nights applies. If you require a dedicated area to meet in, book an event room in our Event Centre. For groups over 20, all event areas will need to be booked, however this will be at a further reduced rate and includes all facilities (including catering equipment and dining facilities for communal dining).

Exclusive Retreat/Conference

An Exclusive Event at Flaxmill in 2018 gives you full use of all the accommodation on site (for up to 56 people (twin-share) or 28 (single/couples), use of the Event Centre's 3 meeting areas, Central Kitchen, amenities block, as well as the grounds and gardens. Included in the rate is the use of onsite catering equipment and dining facilities for communal dining.
