To gain access to the BTF reduced rates at Flaxmill, please make an application to register using the form below.

In making this application you are agreeing that you are authorised to do so on behalf of your organisation. The information you provide will be used to assess your organisation's suitability for this programme. It will not be disclosed to any third party, aside from Flaxmill. If approved, you will become the default "Authorised Contact" for your organisation (unless you have nominated another person). All booking requests (and booking alterations) need to come through the Authorised Contact.

PLEASE NOTE: This programme is only available to approved Not For Profit organisations in NZ and not to the general public. Approval is given at the sole and absolute discretion of the Trustees of the Big Toe Foundation.
